First time to use in stiff new holsters. works great
I had ordered this holster for my Sig Sauer P365X and had since returned it because my Sig just did not fit into the holster at all, not even close. All the loosening and forcing the pistol in did not help. I was pushing so hard it actually forced the slide out of battery. Perhaps I got a holster out of a defective batch - I just don't know - but I had to turn to another manufacturer. I have several Mitch Rosen holsters and don't get me wrong - they are the very best! I have a Clipper IWB for my Walther PPS M2 and Sig P239 which I love! Wish Mitc would make it for the Sig P365 and 365X.
Of course the holster didn't fit at first. Expected. This stuff makes it possible to fit and repeated presentation is facilitated by this slickery stuff. After a a few hours over days the holster conforms. Patience prevails and this stuff makes it possible.
Sorry, but the small bottle just soaked up into the leather falcon holster I had for my Kimber Pro CDP II. The gun still sticks. Between the cost of product and the shipping cost, it just wasn't worth it.

First look, "Great," a solid 5. Second look, might be too tight of a fit. Applied the "Leather Lightning," and the fit is primo, secure and just right. Extraordinary craftsmanship.
My pistol fits perfectly. The holster hugs the gun tight to my body.Very little to no "printing" under my shirts. Your holsters are the best!
The Leather Lightning is an excellent product! I use on all my leather holsters. I also use it to break in my cowboy boots. It helps with chafing and hot spots during the breakin process. Give it a try!
Ordered a holster for my Colt 1911 Commander, and the quality and fit are excellent. I had previously bought one from M. Rosen for a 365 XL, and it was also excellent. It's amazing that you can still get such a quality product for an inexpensive price in such a short time.
This holster is for my 1911 Les Baer Custom 45acp 5". It is made of elegant leather, masterfully crafted. After 10-15 gun holsterings for 'break-in', the gun fits snuggly but can be drawn safely and reholstered perfectly. I will only purchase a Mitch Rosen holster for my 1911s - nothing else comes even close.
I have been carrying concealed for over 35 years. At the start of my carry days I purchased several different types of holsters, and none of them ever seem to work. A good friend suggested I try Mitch Rosen. Well I did, and I have never gone back. Infact I'm a CCW trainer and I always suggest Mitch Rosens to my students.

My pistol is a perfect fit to the holster. However, the Leather Lightning treatment should be included with the holster purchase price of the Full Detailing President.

I purchased this holster after reading a book by Massad Ayoob, who recommended Mitch Rosen’s holsters. I am very pleased with my purchase because the belt and holster are both made well and look great. The holster holds my full size pistol close to my body and I am able to conceal it without any worries. I also trained with the belt and holster in a week-long course and they held up well. I feel confident that this holster will last me my lifetime.
