Beautifully made belt. The craftsmanship has no comparison. Only issue is you need to break in the belts adjusting holes prior to having an urgent need for the bathroom. 😅

This is the finest holster I have ever seen or owned. The fit and finish and color are flawless. The break in with the cowhide lining is next to nothing. The balance on the belt makes my heavy colt 911 almost weightless. If you are thinking about purchasing, just do it. You will be so happy as will generations to follow.

I have had a set of these single pouches for several years and they are fantastic for daily concealed carry. Although OWB, they ride high and cannot be seen so long as the belt is covered. I recently bought a set for my adult son and he loves them as much as I do. Excellent quality and fit.

Got this holster for a Springfield SA-35 4”barrel. After break in it works perfectly. Holds the gun snugly while being carried but readily releases the pistol when being drawn.
Very nice! I had been buying "the full monty" custom belts, and the Express line is very close. The only (trivial) issue was that one hole was not punched completely (just an minor indentation from the punch tip in the leather) which was easily corrected. Might want to inspect just a tad more closely . . . .

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I own full and express line products. Rosen express belts are fantastic. They work the way a gun belt should and the wear like iron. My original belts and holsters are still in great condition.
Decided to give the 5JR Express a try after reading many positive reviews on a 1911 dedicated forum.
I'm a six-two, slightly pudgy, six months away from 64 years.
Bought a LW Commander and while I can tolerate a PPK or J-Frame IWB, I thought I'd go OWB for the bigger pistol. I've had issues in the past with OWB holsters that had belt slots cut oversize, design or materials that let the butt of the pistol flop around away from the body, pistol sits loose or too tight, and it ends up in "the box".
5JR express arrives, and I prepare for the break in period, that on the internet seems to be akin to Hercules cleaning the stables. Followed instructions, wore the holster for a couple days and have drawn from it a couple dozen times. Break in accomplished, zero problem.
Carries nice and high at the perfect angle. Doesn't move on the belt. Butt of the pistol is where it belongs. Retention is right were it should be. Comfortable? Yes!
I want those thirty-fives years back that I could have been carrying in a Mitch Rosen holster.
