This is my second Mitch Rosen holster. In my opinion they are by far the best that I’ve owned. Very comfortable, weapon fits secure but yet easy to draw your weapon, and looks amazing as well. Rides close to your body but does not dig in. Very well made.
Carried a45 Kimber for over 20 years. Last 10 Shield 45acp. Wanted to return to all steel 1911 Mitch Rosen express holster for the Springfield Emissary is a great holster. 24 hour brake in time using a freezer bag and I was ready to go. Holster keeps the commander size 1911 close to the body yet allows for an easy draw. I’m very pleased with the workmanship of the holster.
Like many firearm owners I have a number of holsters I've collected over the years. Decided to pay up and see if it was worth it. And it truly was. After a few days break in period using Lightning Leather, my HellCat Pro Comp fits like a glove. The leather quality is outstanding. I'll be outfitting all my carry handguns with Mitch's holsters and feel confident they'll be just as well made and comfortable as my first.
I was not familiar with this product until I saw some YouTube videos and purchased a holster! I have to admit that rubbing a small amount inside of the beautiful leather holster sure helped the break in process and made the weapon very easy to draw! No question I’ll be ordering more of this product in the near future!

This is a great option for pocket carry and j-frames. With a little practice the leather gets used to the gun and you get used to how to draw and maintain the holster in your pocket with the built on clip. Very comfortable.
The workmanship on this holster was exquisite and the fit to the pistol was literally perfect. The design of the holster system was perfect for my needs and is the most comfortable way to carry I have found to date.

I bought a beautiful leather holster. Although it was made specifically for my gun, it was so tight it was really unusable. I tried all of the recommended ways of stretching and it seemed I was getting nowhere. I read about Leather lighting online. It did the trick. I used it as instructed and I’m finally able to use the holster. I highly recommend! Thanks!

I own the Upper Limit for several pistols. It places the firearm in an ideal carry position for me, optimizing concealability for on the waist carry. Fit and finish are typical Mitch Rosen exceptional quality.
